The version has been modified after the 0600 workout. Thanks to everyone who participated this morning in the first modification. Good work this morning and great job to EC who made me look like a sissy. -Will
As one of the 0600 guinea pigs who did a slightly different version, I can say this one was great fun. Not really sure how to "score" it, as I didn't keep track of my reps...but since the backs of my thighs all the way up to my hips are now very tired, I think it was a good workout.
As always, you guys make Monday mornings something to look forward to.
Great job this morning everyone - especially my partner Mike!! Thanks Neal - since you corrected my form on squats now my quads joined my gluts in the "score club".
Thank you Nigel. Let's not turn this community into some sophomoric fraternity. Please. -k. And as for this morning, Will-thanks for your 'creativity'. Extremely difficult WOD. Yowsers.
Will, What the hell was that? Good job, buddy. You're a top-notch masochist. I liked the FGB-esque style. Oh...that's the first time I ever heard a "snatch" joke...no, really.

Will, I used to like you but no longer.
I still hurt from Friday's 15 rounds of pull-ups, and from Saturdays 300 meters of lunges.
I think I will take a page from EC's book and pop 5 Advil.
I am looking forward to a day of improving my snatch form on Wednesday - should be a rest day by comparison.
Back to my cave....
