50 Knee to elbows
50 Dumbbell Cleans, 30 pounds
50 Push-ups
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball to 10 foot target
50 Box Jumps, 20 inch box

Weighted Squat Jumps are great for developing triple extension in the olympic lifts.

Decided I liked this one as soon as I was done with it..of course, during I was mentally cursing every other rep. Took me a shade under 30 minutes at 29:54 with the usual modifications.

Awesome work out this morning - great job everyone!! I hope Eva Claire never gets mad at me - she could seriously take me out (she came close to it this morning) with the 8 pound ball :) My time was 31:21 with modifications.
