Big congrats to EC for the fine effort both on Annie and Murph. She beat me both times with my second and better time of 9:59. I hope the 7AM class enjoyed a little of the 6AM madness.
Decker brought out the other half for a nasty outdoor Murph. I hope he enjoyed it and is contemplating bringing a little something to the evening class.
Karen, always the good sport, made the noble effort and pushed through some post-party pain. That last glass always seems like such a great idea at the time.
Al decided to cycle in from Wayland join us for the 1, 2, 3 hundreds of Murph and then cycle back home. He was probrably slowed down on the return trip with saving children from burning buildings and filling his backpack with large rocks, but that is how he rolls.
FYI- The new space looks great and, oh by the way, it is huuuuuuggggggeeeee!!!!! So chat up all your freinds cause we have some serious space to fill now.
Well I'm staying a day behind you guys in workout 'cause I never know when the next one will be posted. Today I did Annie. Jesus I need to get better at double-unders. I started it doing them in one's & two's. My first set took 8:31 yet the 50 sit-ups only account for 46 seconds of that. The 50 double-unders account for the other 7:45.
I guess since you guys are all talking about Murph that's my plan for tomorrow. It's not posted on here but it seems to be the workout of choice. Let's see if I can post a respectable time in that after today's pitiful performance.
