Front Squat

2-2-2-2-2-2

Sets 1-3 are warm-up sets working up to the 4th set. Sets 4-6 should be around 90% of your previous one rep max.

Ha...wishful thinking...those were 365#, not 385#.

Up to 125# on the front squat.

Good times; although, as much fun as the squats were, my favorite part was probably stretching with e.c.

Worked with 255 on the front squats, but the best part was watching Jo stretch EC.

i didnt know my tight hip joints were so fun! (thanks for helping to restore mobility, jo!)

i worked on deadlifts today. stayed light - didnt want to show up jon. ;) nice work dude.

80# front squats - if anyone wants a great stretch and a personal demonstration of spotting a person doing a front squat just ask Will ;) Great job everyone! Jo-your strenght is amazing!!
