9 1/3 rounds w/o any modifications. I have a super fun track workout planned for lunch so when I can't move tomorrow you will know why. Thank you to Al for chasing me the whole time, witout that I would not have pushed as hard. Of course he made me look like a total sissy later on in the post workout conditioning.
Super congrats to EC, she pushed hard and almost met Pukie, I hope you are feeling better.
Gordon was solid as ever, he ran there knocked out the workout and then ran back. That just ain't right.
Last but not least is Decker. She worked very hard but for some strange reason wasn't winded enough to keep from yelling out motivation.
Sam rolled in @ 0700 all by herself. Poor girl had both Neil and I pushing her the whole time.

Damn! I wish I was there with you guys. That sounds like a great workout. Today I had no access to a gym, an early morning flight to West Palm Beach, FL, and by the time I was able to workout I had to be back for dinner with my uncle in less than an hour. So, Barbara inspired me to make one up. I originally wanted to do 5 rounds but reduced it to 3 when dinner time was approaching.
