We did 10 sit ups instead of 5 pull ups. 17 rounds for me (no modifications). Excellent job everyone!

15 rounds. We did 10 sit-ups in lieu of the 5 pull-ups. My number of rounds would be higher, if not for my profound inability to do push-ups. A good workout nonetheless (still sore from a few days ago).

Neal, Will and EC...if you're reading this, we wish you all the best..you'll do just fine!

19 rounds. Lost the round p/minute ratio around 13....no modifications, though, thanks to Will's little pep talk last night.

Good work, everyone!

A rather unfabulous 12 and 1/3 rounds...all of the pushups were unmodified.

Some serious inspiration from Karen this morning; she was kicking ass and keeping time.

:) I'll leave the latter slogan alone.

17 rounds

Definitely going to bring something to count with next time other than my shoddy memory. Could've been off, so I lowballed my number.

The trainer at Gold's was hauling some guy from the leg press to the leg curl and back. Both machines are right next to the pullup bar. The trainee was positively shocked that I was still going after 10 rounds--his eyes got really big. Good stuff.

Belatedly, due to mental retardation, 26 rounds(honestly), on fire, could have gone another 20 minutes without a sweat. Don't know what I had for dinner the night before but this was a breeze!
