Good work this morning, although there was some sandbagging going on.
One modification to the workout:
"I wanna be a Decker" Mod--> 45lb push press

I'm not really sure the "Pain" option was difficult enough. I think it was too easy, next time I will make it work.

12:54 - "I love being a Decker" - I was working it even though it was 45 lbs. Excellent job everyone - except for EC and Karen (inside joke). Best of luck to Will and Eva Claire at the CrossFit certification. I bet they will be fired up to kick our butts when they return! Hurry back because I have a feeling Karen is going to make us work even harder the rest of the week.

300 single unders in place of 800m runs, 75# push presses. Will wouldn't let us run in the typhoon. Tyrant.

Great job coaching tonight, Will. Thanks for the workout. Sam did every push press with 75# also, and she killed my time. Just putting everyone on notice...
