I lost a lot of speed toward the end. I didn't quite trust myself to get under the bar. A little technique coaching should add some serious poundage to my PJs.

On the plus side, I found a sledgehammer at the hardware store on Newbury St. People love a guy dressed in black, head-to-toe, carrying a 20# sledge by the Armani cafe. What the hell are you looking at :)

Off to find something to hit with it...
