18:32 w/modified push-ups. Then we did some Tabata-take-your-pick-Abs followed by L-sit competitions. All thanks to Nigel and his brilliant creativity. good luck in the Windy City, Jo! And thanks for the music, Decker.

Modified so that the runs were all 400m and the reps to 25 each in preparation for two games against some more large midwest women; still took me 13:42 with mostly unmodified pushups.

Thanks to Nigel for the ab work and Happy early Mother's Day to all of the kickass Crossfit Mamas!

Sam, Erik, and I did this one in the driving rain on Saturday afternoon. Couldn't let a little thing like a flood stop us.
