Good work today everyone!! I think most people were impressed with the weights that they were working with. Remember that becoming strong is a good thing. It increases lean muscle mass and thereby increases metabolism and fat burning. Sounds like some good reasons to get strong to me. Have a good day!

Lost it at the end.

Push 3 x 115, 3 x 135, 3 x 135
PP 3 x 155, 3 x 165, 3 x 165
PJ 1 x 175, 2 x 155, 2x155, 1 x 155, drill

Drill was: PJ 135# and squat to depth (really about 6") x 5
Meant to help me associate the jerk with the subsequent drop. Still having trouble getting under the bar.

Bottom to bottom Tabata goblet squats w 30# DB
Waiter's walk w/ 55#, overhead walks, etc.
Good ab drill.
