#205x5 then sensibly reduced the load to #185 to work on my form.

Nice work Josh; you make it look easy.

11.00 flat on the 150 wallballs with 20#; the pipe I was aiming for kept moving all over the wall so sometimes I couldn't hit it but hey, that's not my fault.

See you all tomorrow. Neal, move the Saturday class to 7.00, please.

Kept it around 165# for the deads and then took a really long time to do 150 unweighted squats in preparation for our last game this weekend. With luck, the weather will cooperate.

As always, you guys inspire me.

around 165# for 2 rounds then reduced to 135# for the deads
