6 x 1

295, 325, 345, 385, 405, 425 (PR)

I didn't complete the other four reps--I owe the world a few deadlifts.

Can't wait to see the awkward facial contortions I made during the PR...I'm so photogenic.

Welcome to Steve and Mike. It's good to have you guys aboard.

4 rounds for time (reps 21,15,9,6):
430 m run
24 in box jump
HSPU
GHSU

shocker - i subbed ohp for hspu (~55#), and took ~25 min (i think).

and i got my first rope climb. suh-weet.

Ok, managed to lift 225# (I also owe the world a few deadlifts; I think I hit my max at around the 4th rep); apparently taking your shoes off really does help. Mad props to Jon who once again rocked the deadlift and welcome to the new guys, it's good to have you.

Hey guys. I found this article on small-dose creatine ingestion through Rossboxing.com.
It talks about small loading doses over a large amount of time, and the lack of weight gain associated with this type of supplementation. If you take creatine or are considering it, this is worth a look.
