If you cannot perform hspu's for the full range of motion, substitute the dumbbell overhead press/dumbbell jerks with both bells totaling 1/2 body weight. Post time to comments.

Subbed 95# for the front squats and 35# dbs push press for the HSPUs.
And I think I said 'holy mother of god' maybe 9 times throughout.
