7AM just focussed on the WOD today - performed as Rx'd with 35# DB for Push Jerk and 1 pood KB swings - 24:50

My first full workout with CF Boston.
subbed jumping ring pull-ups and used less than 1 pood for swings. Used 30# as rxed for push jerks
I don't remember my exact time, but it was around 31 minutes, Jo and Linda kicked my butt.
