Second class, and I am already hooked.

Jumping muscle-ups, definately a few ugly/incomplete ones. and only 75# on the cleans. Squats were legit.

95# and modified muscle-ups.

Mad props to Travis and Steve on this one, my version of the muscle-up was substantially easier than either of theirs.
