You can put the dumbbell down and switch arms as often as necessary.

In honor of 300. Here's a little Crossfit training done by the actors to prepare and look like spartan warriors.

20:52 w/30#. We were a most tenacious, determined and steadfast group this morning. Linda, Thor, Jo and myself somehow managed to count to 300, lousy music aside, thanks to Will and his optimism.
