Wallball 10-20-30-40-50
Double Unders 50-40-30-20-10

The athlete should complete the first 10 wallball shots and then proceed immediately to double unders of 50 reps, then 20 wallball shots and 40 double unders, . . .

id say 50/150 wallball with 20# ball, remaning were 15# db thusters.

and it was tough.
