This one had Nigel written all over it! My time? 18 mins. and some such w/modified pushups and pullups. I was too blinded by Will's shiny, new shoes.

And then L-sits later with the quote of the month being "and after a year of CrossFit that's all you can do?!"

That dog that lives behind the fence next door to the Facility--the aggressive bulldog--is all tired out. During the first three 200s, he was chucking himself against the fence. During the last five, he just looked at me funny.

Crossfit--making "Beware of Dog" signs obsolete.
