i did the mod version - but should have sucked it up and done 1.5 pood. 4 1/3 rds.

who would have guessed "ec" doesnt involve a run?

Ok, this one is alot more difficult than you would think.

4 1/2 rounds as Rx'd.

Three and one-third rounds, using a 75# bar for the presses. A great WOOD; for me, the double-unders are the energy-guzzlers, courtesy of my inability to do more than one at a time; have to resort to one or two single jumps to get the rhythm just right before executing a double-under.

For me, the jury's still out on the effectiveness of the supplement consumed just prior to the WOD.

2 and 2/3 rounds of the modified version....I'd like to blame the supplements, but really, the double unders did me in.

Like the best workouts, this one was deceptively difficult.
