Let's try that again--

Pulls, 400, thrusters, 800, pulls, 400, thrusters

Changed the order because of the large group. I don't think it would've altered times much.

26:28 Used 65# for the thursters, otherwise as prescribed. Like Josh, I destroyed my hands. Still managed to do the two sets of 50 pull-ups (in reality, many bursts of 3 to 5 pull-ups, accompanied by the usual gutteral grunts). I accomplished this thanks exclusively to the positive vibe and collective encouragement of the group. Many thanks, folks!

Great workout. Would've done better if I could run well.

i dont think i could have had any less energy for tonights wod. almost quit halfway through first round of pullups. im assuming i was sub 30, but i was too digusted to look at the stopwatch!

i added 3 rounds of 400m run and 10 rep 65# thrusters to make up for the lethargy.

looks like yall had a great morning - nice work!
