145# for the first 3 sets of 5 then 165#

Used 205 (possibly 195, not 100% positive) for all 5 sets.

up to 175# for the last set of 5- PR and first day of pulling w/o back pain. taking off the running shoes is clutch.

perhaps the more interesting info is that mandla and i weigh the same
