Just under 20 min. This one smoked me, my lungs were still hurtin' from Fran. Great workout though. I know it spiked the metabolism, I could have eaten a horse on the way home!

no claps on the pushups, but got air on all.
apparently still dont have the right form on swings - 2 rounds at 20# and back pain dropped it to 15#.
