Estimated between 125-140 w/ 65# bar. We were supposed to keep track?

Went something like this:

15-12-10-10-10-6-9-7-7-9-7-7-7-7-9

That sucked, in a good way. On the other hand, I was psyched to have the entirety of Crossfit Massachusetts in the house today: Thompson, Tagye, and Picardy.

Scary.

200 even with 20# Dbs. Didn't keep track, but they were between 15 and 11 reps all the way till the last one, when I banged out 17 to make my goal.

And I still got beaten by Karen; nice job!

Had to compromise and use a 30# vest, with 8#DBs. First few rounds were OK (15 reps), but rapidly diminished thereafter, ending with a pathetic 9. Would have been worse without the collective vibe of the group to keep me going. Thanks, folks!

Thanks to Dave and Eileen, I managed not to flop around like a dying carp during the group sit-ups.

Cheers!

222 with 20#. Quads are all tight and burny and the Ab stuff later was just plain nutty.

Sam, outstanding job with 30#!

...dare say that that 7 and a half minutes was almost fun .....

fun workout today- I got somewhere around 110 with the 30# DBs, and I think miss 222 should be using them with me next time ;)
