Not entirely sure of the time, 24? 29? sumthin'. Subbed 1 pood for the KBS. I think the trick with today's WOD was watching Nigel kiss each of his biceps before starting.

back wasnt having kb swings, so i did:
5 rds
500 m row
15 kte
15 reverse hypers
it took just under 24

Ummmm, 20 something, forgot exactly. Subbed a much smaller weight as I have to play tomorrow; yes, the summer season is here! We'll be mud wrestling all day out in Worcester tomorrow, hopefully the lightening will stay away from the fields.
