This workout is to be done in a team setting. Rotate the athletes through the movements individually and continue until all athletes complete six rounds. The team finishing second must complete X number of burpees equal to the difference of each teams time.

Hmmm, so I think our runs were longer than that...but it was an amazing morning. Team Thor, Gramps, Jo and Gordon barely edged out Team Jenn, Cara, Linda and Rena, although those ladies hit it hard and fast. I think the time was around 36 minutes. Burpees were celebrated by all.
My legs started shaking again on the walk to the bus stop tonight
