I am posting this workout early with the knowledge that as a result of it I may not see some people tomorrow.

I did the alternate workout:

first minute: 1 burpee, 1 pullup, 1 situp. Add one of each with every minute.

Stayed on track up through minute 11; got 16 rounds and 6 burpees in 20 minutes. Pullups were jumping.
