Five Rounds for time:

Dumbbell Deadlift, 10 reps
Push-ups, 30 reps

Go heavy on the Dumbbell deadlifts and go to the floor each time.

Post weight used and time to comments.

Substituted Barbell for DBs
185lb Dead lifts
11:40 total time
Pushups smoked me, should have gone heavier on deads, almost a rest. 205 or 225 would have been better.
