Karen @ 19:50 with the following subsitutions:
-burpees w/out pushups
-30" KB swings
-jumping pullups
-handstand pushups that were really an exercise of counting to 20 while upside down
Karen-revised handstand pushups to a count of 30, not 20. I did 20 muscle ups when everyone wasn't looking.
