Choose a moderate weight for the jump squats. Time each round and rest exactly three minutes between rounds. Post to comments the load used for the squat jumps and the time of each round.

46s first round, and im assuming i was sub 60s for the rest.
still feel like im moving like a sack of potatoes though.
Wait, we were supposed to time them?
I just concentrated on finishing and then limped, gasping for air, as the rest of my group lithely jogged the last 200m back. Fabulous way to start the morning. :)
