30# db, deadlift, 20# ohp-didn't keep track of rounds BECAUSE I'M STILL IN TOO MUCH FRIGGIN' PAIN FROM WEDNESDAY'S WOD!

Either 8.5 or 7.5 rounds...I just know I didn't finish the last one. 40# deads and 20# ohps.
