I feel like I've done this one before, but can't find a previous time. Pullups were jumping and pushups were mixed.

Interesting how my high falutin' pre-workout visualizations of reps per exercise immediately disintegrates in the reality of the first round.

Nigel, you are the definition of the 'Inner Athlete'(remember that book?), circa 1979. Only CrossFit seems to put up a big arguement to the theory that everything you do is 90% mental and 10% physical.
