A truly great workout.

The tough part is in the middle, going from pushups to burpees and then back again.

21:40 (modified with jumping pull-ups)

26:12 using 15#. Did body rows instead of pull-ups, did push-ups against a bar on the rack, and tried my best with the knee-to-elbows. Practicing the barbell snatches step-by-step was very useful. Great job, 7 am class and thank you, Jon! This was a tough WOD. Have a great weekend and good luck with the clean-up tomorrow:)

I think I'm still in the middle of this g-d WOD. Crazy hard and DFL today. Took me well over 30 minutes I think, w/30# DBs, 75 jumping pull-ups and retardo knee to elbows.
I will feel this well into next week, I'm sure.
