Rough workout this morning, rougher as I was late...

8-6-4 done with 135# bar.

Sprint & Swings done with 40# DB.

Tabata Renegade Row - 25# DB - worst score was 5 reps in 20 seconds.

Ab "fun" wasn't, but it doesn't have to be fun, to be fun, right?
