My practice skill was double unders. Hmmph - need more practice!!

21:11 w/ 135# (only 3 seconds slower than Steve!)
Huge props to Will who completed the workout with 185#.

Double Unders still suck, I need to relearn what I had before...

Notice Colin said "completed" not how long it took. The Thrusters became Thruster/Jerks also. I am still not feeling right, my ass was kicked.

Thrusters do suck. Once again, the overall vibe of the 6:00 AM class pulled me through. Nice work, everyone, and thanks for the inspiration by example.
