This WOD was so good and yet so tough.

Jon first had us run around the neighborhood, up steps, sprinting downhill, jumping on rocks.

On the WOD I needed to switch to angled pushups using a box. Just didn't have it in my chest to do proper form.

28:53 time. Sad but true.

The running, sprinting, stairs warmup was a good time - that Parker Hill is "substantial."

Workout time as prescribed was 23:?? I think.

It's really nice to be outside again- even with all the running, jumping, and sprinting up hills!
