Did Max Pullups yesterday--got 32 (+1 PR).

No AMRAPs for me. Three weeks of cleaning and pressing, snatching, and cleaning and jerking on the horizon. Gotta get that third pull dialed...

Subbed kipping practice for max pullups. I'll get there eventually.

WOD - 11 2/3 rounds with 45#. Who doesn't love squats?
