Great job this morning by all in attendance, and congratulations to Samantha, who finished this workout in 30:00 flat with the men's prescribed weight.

Thanks for a fantastic year, guys! We've expanded space, taken on a bunch of new Crossfitters, brought in Krav Maga, and had a beautiful renovation. Add in the great vibe and our growing Community, not to mention some seriously phenomenal fitness achievements, and we've got a winner!
