I spent 3 hours yesterday playing on the rings and doing giant swings on the bars at NESA; my arms are 1" longer today and were in no condition to bang out the pull-ups.
Time was all over the place and stopped after 4 rounds, so this was a DNF!
Happy with the consistency of my 400 times; 1.30, 1.30 and 1.29.
First time doing "Barbara". It's a real test of lung power. 5 rounds at: 4:50 6:50 7:17 7:00 6:50 I'm not sure how my splits improved toward the end. I probably could have pushed harder on rounds 2 & 3.
Nice job, Sam! I was impressed by Nigel's 3-minute first round. I wish I could have seen it!
oh and I subbed body rows with a small box for pull-ups b/c my hands are still split open from last week- who knew I would be missing kipping pull-ups by the end! Sam

Oy, very slow, only 4 rounds...I think they were all under 8 minutes...yea.
400 times were not awful, though, 1:40-1:47.
