Great energy in the place this morning. It's exciting to see the new athletes that have come around recently as well as all the changes in the facility. Keep up the good work!
Neal, i still think a chihuahua would be more appropriate...less slobber too.
55 and 30 on the push and pull nonsense.
26.36 as Rx'd
Nice workout Neal; varied, interesting, not a lung burner which is always nice, and no pandemonium.
Are you going to put the wall of fame/pain back up? Because if you are me, Steve, Will, you and Jon are going to have to get serious about alpha status...Friday?
I don't think anyone realizes just how much effort is required to fall asleep on a foam roller. TOUGH! I have been building up to this level for quite some time.
Neal and the gang!! Hope all is well out there in boston. I should be making a trip out there when I gback. Crossfit boston is looking as solid as ever. Talk to you later.

Napping for time is a WOD I could excel in. It's great to be back -
WOD - time: ~18 minutes at 1/2 Rx
