Pull-ups, 15 reps
Ring dips, 15 reps
Knee to elbows, 15 reps
Walking lunge, 20 reps

All this took about 27 minutes. And Neal, very generously, cut us off at 5 rounds. Modified dips, pull-ups, probably should have modified the KTEs and for that matter, walking lunges....ah well. What's done is done. Great job today, Jo and Jessica.

Heh, yea, the cool kids didn't make it past round 5; 26:35 with jumping dips, pullups and messy ktes. Good times, although we missed everyone.

This one took me 40:12 as Rx'd and it was just plain tough. Not so much cardivascularly but stamina sapping.
