john or neal, leo here... what's up guys ? i'll be doing the squat cleans tomorrow and i would like to know if i should use the same motion with the dumbbells as i would w/ the bar .thanks guys
The motion is very similar. Hold the dumbbells at your side, as if holding two buckets of water, and work to full extension as you did with the snatches on Friday. Once the weight is pulled high enough, pull yourself under the dumbbells and catch them in a full squat.
