Damn...that was long
somewhere around 46 with the 45# bar for the first 200 SDLHPs then got lucky on the rower for the next two rows, did 15# DB thrusters instead of wallball and 1 pood for the KB swings

Aarrgh!! Did not complete the last round of 50 KB swings. The first 200 SDHPs were tough, and took too long for me to complete...might as well have done 200 squats with a 45# vest. Rowed as prescribed in the other two cases to avoid more dreaded SDHPs. Kudos to all who completed this high-intensity WOD.

I knew when I saw the faces on the 6am group that we were in trouble. Would have liked to perform better than I did but that only makes me want to work harder! Good job everyone who did this WOD!

A first today; an incomplete WOD for me.

Very high intensity for us SDLHPers; wallballs on top of 200 of those squats was a real challenge, and one I was not up to.

KB swings were a respite, if you can believe that. Congratulations Neal, on stepping up the pain to a whole new level.

Forty-something minutes as prescribed, but I got to row all the way. Well, I think it was forty-something minutes, anyway (morning workout motto: started barely awake, finished barely conscious).
Overdid it a bit on the last row and really took my time on the wallballs - even though there were only 20. Which brings me to the all-important discovery I made today:

Go slower!

Lucked out and got the rower for the first and last rows; 1 pd swings, 15# thrusters and the longest set of 150 45# sdhps I've ever done.

Felt really good as soon as I was finished.
