i totally rocked the sweat angels last night.
still not 100% with my back, i did:
4 rds
15 pusk jerks - 65#
16 walking lunges - 20# ohead
5 dips - band assisted
no watch, ~20 min?
nice job to everyone who grinded out the wod in the heat!
