Use either a 55 pound or 40 pound dumbbell for the goblet squats and note whether your ran or rowed the 200 meters.

Well, b/c the 0600 class is tough, we did a 400m run instead. Done in 23:44 with 40# db; Cara pushing me the entire way. The two of us rocked this morning (except for when she almost killed me during the TGUs)...but where was everyone?
