as rx'd for women (55# for sdhp and pp) and women use a 12 lb ball, but we sub 15# thrusters (since we have 8# and 20# dyanmax balls), which i think is an equiv sub.

Pr of 284 for this Crossfitting fool; first round was a blast; 2nd was a killer, 3rd pure misery. We need to do this more often!
