Work up the pyramid, going from 1 pullup, 2 pushups, 3 situps to 10 pullups, 20 pushups, 30 situps. Then, come back down.

thor - is your car ok? in my effort to not let nigel pass me on the "warm up" 400 m, i think i left a chunk of my elbow on your side view mirror.

Done in around 35 min...pullups were modified except for the first 3-4, pushups mostly unmodified (as time ran out and I got tired they got more modified than not).
Props go to Gramps for keeping me motivated.

neal, i want to thank you for that ridiculous workout which led to me screaming in the shower for about 10 minutes when the water came in contact with my rubbed to the bone, raw and nasty tailbone. thanks.
