45# - and i really forget my time. 12:15? something relatively slow. back is too tight in the morning - how do you all move so sprightly at 0600?

Thrusters stunk. Attitude not much better.

Thanks for the mobility exercises, EC!

11:35 w/jumping pull-ups that were not very high and 65#bar/#35 DBs for the thrusters.

And ditto the note of appreciation for EC. A little mobility, a little Jane Fonda....great way to end a Monday WOD.

Sorry I missed this mornings WOD....well, maybe not. I'm still smarting from my solo Murph yesterday at Jamaica Pond. Finished in a less-than-flattering 1:10, coutesy of my non-existent lats which hindered my ability to do the 100 pull-ups (I still managed to do them, though, in many sets of 1 and 2).

I missed the usual company yesterday! Going solo wasn't as much fun as the usual lovefest. Even my exuberant grunts during the push-ups were met by passersby with remarks like "Oh honey, look...even the bums are trying to exercise these days..how wonderful".

Quite the flattering photo of me, Neal. A symbol of my dedication!

Best,

Thor

Thor,

Thanks for keeping Again Faster alive in my absence! You rock!

When the people stop and stare, just growl a lot and do your best Tasmanian Devil impression. They usually stop staring!

Best,

Jon

done with the evening crew as a bit of "active recovery" with 45#...in 8 something, good times. Then Jon taught me how to find my lats...apparently they help with pullups or something...
