50 Wallball shots, 20 pound medicine ball
50 Knee to Elbows
2 pood Kettlebell swing, 50 reps

This workout was much more difficult than I had imagined it was going to be. So much so that it was necessary to cut all of the reps in half for the class. So, if you are going to try this one let us know if you are doing 50 reps or 25.

1st round of 50 reps. Decreased by half for the rest of the workout. Used 40# DB for the swings.

Week 3.

Reduced the amount of rounds to 3 for 25 reps. Subbed an 8# med. ball for the wall-ball and 25# kettlebell for swings.
