This workout was much more difficult than I had imagined it was going to be. So much so that it was necessary to cut all of the reps in half for the class. So, if you are going to try this one let us know if you are doing 50 reps or 25.
First round of 50 reps then reduced to 25 reps. Subbed 12# DB thrusters for wallball and used 20# DB for the swings. Great warm-up for my road race today.
Subbed 15# Db thrusters, situps for the knees to elbows, and 25# Db for swings. 25 reps for the swings and thrusters, 50 reps for the situps; 4 rounds total.
