"Tabata This, Tabata That"

Without rest between exercises:

Tabata Squat
Tabata Sit-up
Tabata Push-up
Tabata Pull-up

Post scores to comments. Score for each exercise is least number of reps completed in 8 intervals. Total score is sum of scores for all 4 exercises. E.G. 22+15+15+9=61

This one was particularly tough after Mon. night Murph. My brain stopped working after I heard, "Okay you have a three minute rest, then you have to do it all over again," so I have no idea what my scores actually were. With that said, I can't think of a better way to start the morning.

My scores were abysmal, but in keeping with my New Years Resolution here they are:
Squats: 17
Pullups (jumping): 5
Pushups (modified): 10
Situps: 10

Which gives me a grand total of 42. Not sure if I can blame this on Murph, the weekend's activities or just me being lazy, but I'm pretty sure I did a lot better the last time I did this.

Sorry, the last one was from Jo.

Lots of moaning and groaning tonight...scored 12 across with modified pullups and pushups for a total of 48. 8 more than last time.

Was the moaning and groaning before, during, or after Crossfit?

Total 52. The trick is to be consistently mediocre. That's why I'm not a big fan of single-best or worst results.

Worst:
Pullups-3
Pushups-5
Situps-11
Squats-14
Score-33

Best:
Pullups-12
Pushups-25
Situps-12
Squats-16
Score-65

I think the final score was supposed to be worst pullups/pushups plus best situps/squats, giving me a grand total of 36.

It seems that pacing yourself is key to this one--you could add 10+ points by staying at about 60% max on all exercises. But, screw that...Get some!
